I fine-tune the human experience.

On my journey to becoming a Functional Medicine certified health coach and plant-inspired wellness practitioner, the path led me toward energy work, specifically Biofield Tuning. Biofield Tuning and sound therapy, more broadly, is an ancient practice that has the power to transform, move energy, and promote healing at the cellular level. This empowering modality is for people who seek freedom, freedom from pain, limiting beliefs, ancestral patterns, and everything in between. Biofield Tuning can also offer a fresh perspective from which to see yourself and the world around you.

What is Biofield Tuning?

Biofield Tuning is a modern, non-medical approach to healing the physical, emotional, and spiritual body using frequencies of vibration. With the use of tuning forks, this therapy works directly on your energetic blueprint which can bring about relief and transformation, often in just one session.

Developed by scientist, pioneer, and researcher, Eileen McKusick, Biofield Tuning is energy work that uses the frequencies of sound to influence the energy body and bring about coherence. We utilize tuning forks to detect distortions or disturbances in the human biofield. When we do that, we are holding up a “mirror” to the body to show it what the optimal resonance is – tuning it like a violin. In doing so, we help to restore energetic coherence in the body that can lead to more vitality, better health, and freedom.
