All products ship from the Wild Chi Studio shop located in Westbrook, Maine. Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply. USPS is our preferred carrier. Please check your SHIPPING address. If you used Paypal for this order, your address may be inaccurate; Paypal often has old addresses.
RETURNS
I want everyone to love their purchase but sometimes things happen… Regular priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are non returnable.
Please contact me via phone or email to receive a return authorization prior to shipping your return item.
Proof of purchase required for all returns.
Returns accepted within 30 days of shipment.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges in advance of product return, we will require payment for the new product and shipping (if applicable). You will be credited for the returned merchandise within 5 days of its arrival at our shop. Please be aware that it can take 1-3 days for the credit to post to your account.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed via Paypal.
