Wellness Coaching

Everything is connected, including you, though often life changes, challenging relationships, anxiety, grief, or guilt cause many of us to feel disconnected from our bodies. And sometimes we find ourselves in unwanted patterns that lead to self-doubt, failure to reach our potential, and an inability to see our worth. Functional medicine health coaching can help you recognize these patterns and develop skills to regain connection to yourself so you can live the life you want.

Biofield Tuning

As a Biofield Tuning certified practitioner, I use tuning forks to fine-tune the human experience. This is a modern, non-medical approach to healing the physical, emotional, and spiritual body using frequencies of vibration. With the use of tuning forks, this process of healing works directly on your energetic blueprint which can bring about relief from pain, indecision, and anxiety often in just one session.

Herbal Therapeutics

Not a single day goes by that we don't depend on a tree for our breath and an herb for our comfort. The healing potential of the plants is proven and profound and, because I lean on a food is medicine approach throughout my practice, oftentimes we will talk about all the delicious ways to “self-medicate” with food. Or, sometimes I might recommend a flower essence to soothe your spirit, and maybe I'll create a unique herbal tincture formulated just for you.
