The waratah banksia of the protea family grows as a shrub or small tree along the southwest coast of Western Australia. This rendering is a reproduction of Ferdinand Bauer’s botanical illustration created in 1813.

Using the Artiplaq process, this vintage-style botanical print is laminated onto fiberboard with a velvety smooth UV protective coating. Hanging wire and bumpers are installed to make these beautiful prints ready to hang.
