Recommended Use
Option 1 (easy cleanup)
Put about a ½ cup of magnesium blend into a steep sack and steep in 2 cups of very hot water. Cover while steeping for several minutes. Meanwhile, prep a basin with enough warm water to cover your feet. Pour the steeped water into the basin and soak your feet.
When done with soaking, the sack can be composted.
Option 2 (visually pretty)
If you have a good strainer to go over your sink drain, you can sprinkle ½ cup of magnesium blend directly into a basin of hot water and soak your feet with the herbs floating atop the water.
When done soaking, the water can be poured down the sink and the strained herbs can go in the compost.
