Take a moment to unwind and breathe in the restorative aromatics of lavender blossoms with this weighted eye pillow. When you need cooling headache or eye relief, use the pillow chilled, and when you need comforting warmth, use the pillow gently heated. 

This pillow is not intended to replace medical treatment or claim a guarantee of health benefit.

To Use: Use at room temperature or chill in the freezer (1-2 hours) for a cold compress. To use warm, place a small glass or porcelain dish of water (this prevents contents from getting too hot and catching fire), in the microwave with the pillow and heat in 10-second intervals until pillow has reached desired temperature. To avoid contamination, put the pillow in an unsealed wax bag before freezing or microwaving. 

Gently crush bag from time to time to reactivate the oils in lavender blossoms.

Care: Store in a dry, dark place to ensure longevity.

Remove pillow from cover and hand wash in cold water. Air-dry. Iron if you like and re-insert the pillow.

How to dispose: Pillow should last for years with proper care. Once it has reached end of life, either send insert back for discounted refill or empty contents into compost and convert the insert into a rag.
